About Shooting Colombia

This was a journey into the unknown and, the untold. Armed only with cameras, 12 people from different nationalities, backgrounds and walks of life agreed to take part in an experiment, to experience the true Colombia. Told to leave their pre-conceptions at home they documented the truth exactly as they saw it. Witness the unimaginable places, the characters and the experience of a lifetime as they saw it.

Just wandering when are you going to expand your website.. publish pictures and maybe a story written for each participant??

I'm Colombian..I live overseas but love my contry, thank you for showing others a better image of Colombia, specially for those who talk without having any knolwgede about our situation there.. Beautiful video..

Excelente. He tenido la oportunidad de visitar Colombia en mas de 15 ocasiones y no me arrepiento. En cada una de esos viajes he visto lugares hermosos, en Armenia, Pereira, Santa Marta, Medellin, Bogotá. La gente muy amable, los museos espectaculares y la comida deliciosa.

I agree with Joseph, It would have been nice to see a few museums, the Botero, museum del oro or even the aquarium in Medellin.

A very nice video! Seeing it makes me wanna go back to Colombia. It's sad that this beautiful country has such a bad reputation beacuse Colombia has so much more than drugs and kidnappings. One half of me thinks it's great that people get to see the positive side of Colombia but the other half wants to keep Colombia unknown so it won't be too turistic :-) Can't wait to get back there!

Wonderful project. A very small complaint: My experience is that Colombia is also a very cosmopolitan, modern and sophisticated urban society. The restaurants, malls, convention centers and business districts of Bogotá and Medellin specially rival any major US city. This video feels like an eco-adventure in CostaRica
