About Shooting Colombia

This was a journey into the unknown and, the untold. Armed only with cameras, 12 people from different nationalities, backgrounds and walks of life agreed to take part in an experiment, to experience the true Colombia. Told to leave their pre-conceptions at home they documented the truth exactly as they saw it. Witness the unimaginable places, the characters and the experience of a lifetime as they saw it.

Vivimos en un paraiso y nuestra obligacion como colombiano es ensenar al mundo la belleza de nuestro pais.Somos embajadores y donde quiera que estes muestrala con orgullo.Politicos,amen al pais ya que la violencia aleja a quienes la quieren conocer e invertir en ella.Colombia eres bella.

Genial! Los felicito por el proyecto. Otra forma de ver y entender el pais. Aqui desde Alemania les hago propaganda. Y me parece bien que no borre los comentarios. Asi es la biodiversidad de opiniones/visiones sobre Colombia.

Hi, i'm from spain, i have been living in Colombia since 2001, i'm thruly can say that this is a beautifull country with an amazing human capital. for all the frank's in the world i invite them to visit this country before judge it; we all know that the guerilla, drug trafficking and paramilitarism is still a problem, but they are only the 1% of the people living in this paradise

Context- I lived for a year abroad and it was so difficult to talk about my country. Since I´ve been back several friends have visited and had their experience of context. I believe the interesting thing about Colombia is that although context can be so complex to understand their is another side of Colombia full of life, full of hope, full of energy to work towards a better future. This side of the story also needs to be told.

I have read all of the comments and can only agree with the wonderful idea of shooting Colombia.

There is another important subject no one takes in account, Colombians populations is apparently secure but at the same time more ignorant it's depressing to see a nation that behavies like shep. There is not real peace in this country, peace without voice it's not peace is fear. Just watch the soap operas this nation aproves the mafia way of living and nobody says anything I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that many of the members of this goverment are mafia sons...
